The episode begins with Malti going to Rakshit. Rakshit tells her that her wish got fulfilled. He says Aparajita gave her resignation for the job and also for friendship. Malti tells him that he should have stopped Aparajita. Rakshit tells her that she thinks he is the problem, but he is the solution to the problems. Malti tells him that he is a fool; that’s why he did not stop Aparajita. Rakshit asks her what about consent. Malti tells him that he did not even try. Rakshit tells her that Sharma family women are confused. He says Malti can’t force Aparajita for anything. Malti tells him that she is doing this for Aparajita’s well-being. And she knows Rakshit won’t compromise Aparajita’s honor and self-respect ever. She asks him to go and stop Aparajita. Rakshit pinches her to confirm she is real or not.
Malti tells him that Ramgopal flirted with her for two years, and the result is in front of him. Rakshit tells her that he loves Aparajita, but she doesn’t love him. Malti tells him that Aparajita is scared to love. And she is not telling him to force Aparajita to love him but just telling him to not go away from her. She says when Aparajita’s fear reduces, she will realize the truth, which is that she also loves Rakshit. Rakshit asks how all this will happen because Aparajita already resigned. Malti tells him that she is there. She shakes hands with him. Aparajita comes there and asks what’s happening there. She takes Malti from there.
On the other side, Sheela tells Ira that Sudha is upset with Rakshit and hates Aparajita. So this is the right time for Ira to prove she handled the family when Rakshit was in jail.
Meanwhile, Pramila tells Malti that Aparajita took divorce so Aradhya also can think about it. And she thought Aparajita was a good girl. Aradhya recalls how Vivaan confessed his love to her. She tells Pramila that the latter can’t talk to Aparajita like this. She breaks the engagement. Pramila says she was talking about it only. Rohan says he loves Aradhya. He tells Aradhya that they can live separately after marriage. Aradhya tells him that marriage happens with the whole family. Malti tells Aradhya to apologize to Pramila. Aradhya refuses. She tells Rohan that their relationship ends today. She goes inside. She thinks Vivaan will buy her diamond ring. Pramila tells Malti that one daughter broke a marriage and another engagement. She takes Rohan from there.
Aradhya thinks she will become rich and gets happy. She pretends like crying seeing Aparajita. She says she can’t tolerate her family’s insults anymore. She hugs Aparajita.
The next day, Aparajita tells Malti that she will talk to Pramila and also Urmila. And she resigned from the job. Malti asks what Aparajita will do next. Aparajita says she will fulfill her and Ramgopal’s dream. And she talks about running Avinash’s saree house.
Dubey informs Rakshit about his meetings. Rakshit receives Malti’s message. He thinks he has to find some solution to get Aparajita back in the office.

Precap: Aparajita asks Rakshit to sign on her pending work and resignation. Rakshit yells at her. He says he is firing her. He tells her to get out of his cabin. Later, Rashmi asks whether Rakshit ever talked to Aparajita in that tone. And why Aparajita is feeling bad.
Our take: Malti is claiming Aparajita loves Rakshit but did not realize it due to fear. Maybe she is right, but it won’t be easy to reduce Aparajita’s fear.
