The episode begins with Sudha feeling bad that Rakshit is going against her. Sheela says Sudha threw Aparajita out of the house, but Aparajita made a house in Rakshit’s heart. Sudha wonders what to do. Sheela says if Sudha had fixed Rakshit’s and Ira’s marriage, then the latter would not have faced this day. She asks what if a divorcee becomes the daughter-in-law of this family. Sudha says Rakshit won’t marry Aparajita without her permission. And Aparajita can’t become the daughter-in-law of this house, never. She goes inside.
On the other side, Aparajita recalls neighbors and Urmila’s words. She thinks about her decision affecting her loved ones. She picks up Rakshit’s video call and asks him how he is. Rakshit replies that he is fine. He praises Malti for celebrating divorce. And she is lucky to get such family. But he is still scared of Malti. Aparajita says she is also scared of Sudha. Rakshit tells her Vivaan told him how Sudha behaved with the latter. He apologized to her on behalf of Sudha.
Meanwhile, in the restaurant, Vivaan stares at Aradhya. Aradhya tells him that people may think they are a couple. Vivaan tells her that anyone can love her because she is beautiful, smart, and talented. He confesses he loves her. Aradhya thinks this is the golden opportunity of her life, so she can’t miss it. Rakshit says Lalit can’t escape from these charges, but there is a chance. He gives mutually agreeable divorce agreement papers to Lalit. He asks Lalit to sign the papers; then they will withdraw the cases. Lalit says he is not dying of love with an Aparajita kind of woman. Rakshit slaps Lalit. He says he won’t hear a word against Aparajita. Aparajita tells Rakshit that he wants Lalit to get punished.
Chandrabaga asks Aparajita to forgive Lalit and return to Bhopal. But Aparajita refuses. Lalit signs on the papers and says he freed Aparajita. Aparajita also signs on the papers. Rakshit tells Aparajita that she will decide her direction of life. Mitali says Aparajita is divorced. And now Aparajita is free from abusive marriage. Malti hugs Aparajita.
Rakshit tells the police inspector to file all the cases against Lalit. Lalit asks Rakshit what about withdrawal. Rakshit says he lied and Lalit deserves punishment. Lalit snatches the gun and tries to commit suicide. Rakshit stops Lalit and says Lalit should see Aparajita shining in her life. Lalit says he will ruin both Rakshit’s and Aparajita’s lives after coming out. Police take Lalit from there.
Chandrabaga asks Aparajita to forgive Lalit. Aparajita says Chandrabaga also deserves punishment, but she is leaving the latter due to age. Mitali says she will file papers in the court. Rakshit congratulates Aparajita. They smile at each other. Malti sees them. She goes to drink water.
Rakshit asks Aparajita how she is feeling. Aparajita tells him she feels free. And the credit goes to Rakshit. Rakshit tells her that she chose the sky and she can fly. Our take: Aradhya is still lying to Vivaan because she wants a rich husband. Hope Vivaan learns the complete truth of Aradhya as soon as possible. Aparajita’s decision is right. Malti and Rakshit should not force Aparajita for anything. Hope they don’t create new problems for Aparajita.
